Option 1: Self-service deletion (fastest)
Follow these steps through your account:
- 1Sign in at account.bestsogroup.com.
- 2Go to Security → Data Controls.
- 3Click "Request data deletion" or "Delete Account".
- 4Confirm with your password and email OTP.
- 5The system will erase your data within 7 business days.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot sign in, send an email with the following details to privacy@BestSoGroup.com:
- Full name and registered email address.
- Last 4 digits of your national ID (for identity verification).
- The date you signed up (if known).
- Reason for deletion (optional).
We will respond within 30 days as required by PDPA.

- Personal profile data (name, email, phone, photo) — deleted immediately.
- Social login data (Google/Facebook/LINE sub) — deleted immediately.
- Remaining BestaCoin balance — revoked and not recoverable.
- Order history and tax invoices — kept for 10 years per Thai accounting law (legally non-deletable).
- AML/fraud audit logs — kept for 7 years per the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- System backups — deleted in the next rotation cycle, within 90 days.
Removing only a social login
If you want to disconnect only a social account but keep your BestsoGroup account:
- Go to account.bestsogroup.com → Security → Connected Accounts.
- Click "Disconnect" on the provider you want to remove.
- After disconnecting, you'll need to use a regular password for your next sign-in.
For Facebook Login users
If you signed in with Facebook and want to delete only the data we received from Facebook (without deleting your BestsoGroup account): go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → select BestsoGroup → Remove. Facebook will automatically instruct us to delete the related data within 30 days.
