What is BestsoGroup?
BestsoGroup is Thailand's national digital infrastructure — a unified ecosystem of 50+ platforms across E-Commerce, Service, Business, AI Solution, and FinTech. Everything connects through a single SSO, giving Thai entrepreneurs one place to manage their entire business.
Do I need to pay to sign up?
Not at all. Sign up for free and get started immediately — no credit card required. Fees only apply when you activate specific paid platforms or when you generate sales through the system.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The BestsoGroup app is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app shares the same SSO Bar, gives access to all platforms and mini-programs in one place, and includes FinTech features like bill payment and mobile top-up.
What is BestaCoin?
BestaCoin is a loyalty point earned from every transaction in the BestsoGroup ecosystem — purchases, bill payments, or mobile top-ups. Coins can be redeemed for discounts across partner platforms. Note: BestaCoin is a loyalty reward only and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Account & Security
What do I do if I forget my password?
Go to sso.bestsogroup.com and click "Forgot password." A reset link will be sent to your registered email within 5 minutes. If you don't receive it, check your Spam folder or contact support@BestSolution.co.th.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We comply with Thailand's PDPA legislation. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use OAuth2/OIDC international standards and offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for accounts requiring higher security.
Can I log in with a social account?
Yes. Our SSO system supports LINE Login, Google, and Facebook as optional identity providers. You can also link multiple social accounts to a single BestsoGroup account.
Can I change my primary email?
Yes. Go to "Account Settings" in SSO and choose "Change email." For security, the system will send a confirmation email to both your old and new addresses.
For Merchants
Where do I sign up as a merchant?
Sign up at sso.bestsogroup.com. After creating your account, go to "Business Dashboard" and select "Open Store." Our support team will assist with onboarding within 1 business day.
What are the merchant fees?
Fees vary by package — starting from 0% + commission on sales, up to monthly packages for larger businesses. See full details on the Pricing page.
How do merchants receive payments?
Sales accumulate in the system and are transferred to your registered bank account on a schedule (daily/weekly/monthly depending on package). All Thai banks are supported via commercial PromptPay.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. We offer a full REST API and @bestso/mini-sdk for building mini-programs on the host app. Documentation is available at docs.bestsogroup.com — with webhooks, OAuth2, and a free sandbox for testing.
Payments
What payment methods are supported?
We support PromptPay QR, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), TrueMoney Wallet, all Thai bank internet banking, and BestaCoin (as discount). LINE Pay and additional digital wallets will be added in future updates.
What is PAYDY?
PAYDY is BestsoGroup's FinTech platform for bill payment (electricity, water, telecom, etc.) and mobile top-up for all networks. It operates as a pass-through via BOT-licensed PSPs — your money goes directly to the service provider.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. An electronic receipt is automatically sent to your email after every successful payment. You can also view and download all past receipts from the "Transaction History" page.
Can I request a refund? How long does it take?
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the transaction date (varies by transaction type). Go to "Transaction History" and select "Request Refund," or contact support@BestSolution.co.th. Funds are returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

BESTDY.ai is BestsoGroup's AI Solution platform consolidating 34 AI modules for business — including AI chatbot for customers, automated sales analytics, content creation, 32-language translation, and AI for HR, accounting, and logistics.
What can AI do for my business?
