Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using the BestSolution Group services ("Service", "BestsoGroup"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• Be 18 years or older, or have parental consent under applicable law.
• Have legal capacity to contract under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
• Not be on any sanctions or restricted-persons list under Thai or international law.

3. User Account

You agree to create only one account per person, and you are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at security@BestSolution.co.th. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for:

• Illegal activity, fraud, or infringement of others' rights.
• Sending spam, malware, viruses, or harmful content.
• Unauthorized system access, scraping, reverse engineering.
• Infringing the intellectual property of BestsoGroup or third parties.
• Impersonation, creating fake accounts, account trading.
• Commercial use beyond the scope of your subscribed plan.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

BestsoGroup offers both free and paid plans. You agree to pay the fees stated in your selected plan via the supported payment methods.

Monthly/annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of a new subscription if you have not used the Service substantially (at our discretion). No refunds for auto-renewals.

6. BestaCoin

BestaCoin is a loyalty point/credit within the BestsoGroup ecosystem, usable only for payments for goods and services within the ecosystem.

BestaCoin has no cash equivalent, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable outside the ecosystem, and may have expiration rules. We reserve the right to adjust or revoke BestaCoin obtained improperly.

7. User Content

Content you create or upload (e.g. products, photos, reviews) remains your property. However, you grant BestsoGroup a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service.

You warrant that the content you submit does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The names BestsoGroup, BESTDY, FASTDY, BestaCoin, logos, software, designs, and all content within the Service are the property of BEST SOLUTION (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as-is". We make best efforts to maintain continuous service but make no warranty that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free. We are not responsible for content created by other users or for third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestsoGroup's total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify BestsoGroup, its directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time at account.bestsogroup.com → Security → Delete Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we find you in violation of these Terms, misusing the Service, or causing harm to other users.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation; if unsuccessful, the courts of Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
