Keeping your rate takes more than sales
A few big customers and then stopping does not keep a high tier. Every month we also look at:

Clear inactivity rules — with live warnings
Nothing happens by surprise. Your system shows how long since your last sign-in and what happens on which date.
- 30 days without signing inWarning, then a reminder every month.
- 90 daysYour rate drops to the base tier of 15%.
- 180 daysYour customers move to the central pool. Commission on them ends and you start again from zero.

You help shops — you never control them
Shops you add are approved by BestsoGroup. You get read-only access to the shops you look after, so you can help without risking their data.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee, deposit or monthly charge.
How is my commission rate decided?
Every month your tier (15%, 20%, 25% or 30%) is set from the GMV you brought in, as long as you also meet the monthly requirements such as new customers, customer care and weekly sign-ins.
Can I choose more than one sub-district?
Yes. You can choose several sub-districts inside one district. Approval of each area is done by BestsoGroup, and some areas may be shared.
Can I edit the shops I bring in?
No. You have read-only access so you can help them, but shop data can only be changed by the shop owner. This keeps the system trustworthy for everyone.
What if I stop working for a while?
After 30 days without signing in you'll get warnings, after 90 days your rate drops to 15%, and after 180 days your customers move to the central pool and your commission on them ends.
How do I get paid?
Commission is summarised monthly and paid to a bank account whose name matches your ID card. Payments are handled through licensed payment providers.
