Do I pay monthly or yearly?+
Every tier (except Free) supports both monthly and yearly billing — yearly gets up to 20% off. You can start monthly and switch to yearly at renewal.
Are there setup or integration fees?+
Free / Starter / Pro — no setup fee, ready to use as soon as KYB is approved. Enterprise — has a separate integration fee depending on scope (clearly stated in the proposal).
Do you support tax invoices?+
Yes — we support both e-Tax Invoice and paper receipts. Pro and Enterprise include automatic e-Tax filing with the Revenue Department.
When can I cancel?+
Cancel any time with no penalty. Your data stays for 90 days after cancellation — you can request an export under PDPA.
