Q.How long does the tracking cookie last?
The cookie lasts 90 days. If the person you refer signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, you receive commission immediately.
Q.What happens if a customer I referred cancels before 12 months?
You still earn commission up to the month the customer cancels. There is no clawback of commission already paid.
Q.How many accounts or affiliate links can I get?
One account per person, but you get a unique link for each platform and each campaign, so tracking stays clear.
Q.How do I get paid?
Bank transfer (all banks in Thailand), minimum āļŋ500 per cycle, paid on the 15th of each month.
Q.What do I need to do to maintain affiliate status?
No minimum requirements. Accounts with no conversions for 12 consecutive months are suspended but can be reactivated instantly on request.
